Joseph Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Joseph started their career as a Principal Software Engineer at BAE Systems, where they designed and tested software modules for the Wolfpack program, a wireless battlefield sensor project. Joseph also developed the DASS Subsystem Emulator software suite for the British military's Nimrod aircraft.
Following their time at BAE Systems, Joseph held the role of President and CEO at ArcAxis, LLC, where they developed and marketed a protocol emulator called Mimik. Joseph then joined AQEDD as a Software Engineer, where they designed and tested an application for process control in manufacturing devices that generate electricity.
Joseph also worked at DRS /Allstates Tech Services as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed, coded, tested, and maintained the OSA-CBM stack for the BlueRing. Joseph later joined DRS Test and Energy Management as a Senior Software Designer, where they designed and tested a C++ parser/generator and developed the Common Seamless Transport Protocol.
In addition to their software engineering roles, Joseph has also worked as an Associate Engineer at HSC-GEO, providing engineering support for the development of geothermal heat sink technology.
Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong skills in software design, coding, testing, and maintenance, with expertise in C++ and various software development tools and platforms.
Joseph Martin obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science and Psychology from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Joseph later pursued a Master of Science degree in Systems Science from Binghamton University between 1995 and 1996.
