Carl Phillips

Carl Phillips is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical design and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Allied Circuits since February 2016, Carl contributes extensive expertise developed during previous roles, including Electrical Designer at ATSI, Inc. from May 2015 to February 2016, and Electrical Design Supervisor at Armstrong Fluid Technology from February 2012 to 2015. Carl holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Niagara County Community College, completed between 2006 and 2009.
