Cody Bjugan is a founder and real estate developer with over two decades of experience in land development and real estate, specializing in the acquisition and entitlement of off-market land with development potential. They founded Allied Development in 2008, a land development company known for creating lasting communities and for maintaining open and collaborative relationships with landowners, clients, builders, and community stakeholders. In 2019 they founded VestRight to teach real estate entrepreneurs how to capitalize on off-market raw land with development potential, and VestRight has trained hundreds of students.
