Matt Devine

Matt Devine is currently the CEO of Allied Digestive Health. Prior to this, they served as the President of Mednax Radiology Solutions from April 2007 to December 2020. Matt was responsible for leading the nation's second largest radiology practice with over 850 physicians and 12 million annual studies. In January 2017, they started Mednax Radiology and provided the vision and leadership which resulted in a sale in December 2020 for $885 million. Total revenue was $550 million with EBITDA of nearly $100 million.

From August 2005 to April 2007, Matt Devine served as the Executive Vice President of Patriot Rail Company LLC. Matt was responsible for managing and leading a PE backed start-up Patriot Rail Company, LLC. Today it is a leading operator of short line and regional railroads in the United States. It was acquired by SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners in June 2012 for over $230 million.

From October 2001 to August 2005, Matt Devine served as Senior Vice President of RailAmerica. From March 2001 to September 2001, they served as Vice President & Treasurer of Schneider National.

Matt Devine has a M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Providence College.
