The Operations and Project Management team at Allied Engineering (AEI) ensures seamless execution of engineering projects from inception to completion. The Operations Manager oversees project logistics and resource allocation, the Projects Coordinator manages timelines and communication between various stakeholders, and the Site Inspector ensures quality control and compliance with design specifications on-site.
