Previously, they held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Allied Esports and sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, where they were the Area Director of Human Resources. Before that, Dodie worked at Wynn Resorts as a Human Resource Manager and Recruiting Manager. Dodie obtained their BA in Human Resource / Management from the University of Phoenix.
