German Lopez

German Lopez has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategy and industry promotion. German served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Allied Global from February 2006 onwards. In 2011, they became involved in promoting the Contact Center & BPO industry in Guatemala and held the role of President at the Guatemalan Contact Center & BPO Association @ AGEXPORT. During their time there, they played a pivotal role in advancing the industry and served as President for the association in 2011 and 2012.

German Lopez completed their IT Engineering degree at Universidad Francisco Marroquín from 1986 to 1990. German then pursued further education at the same university, earning a Magister Scientiae degree in Operations Research from 1997 to 1998.
