Michelle Stephen

Michelle joined AGS in July 2013. She began her tenure with AGS assisting with front office and recruitment efforts and quickly rose through the ranks holding various key positions, such as HR Manager and Assistant Facility Security Officer. Most recently, Michelle has taken on the role of Operations Manager and is excited to apply her background in human resources, industrial security and government contracting to further develop the business operations of the company. After serving as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy, Michelle moved on to obtain her BS in Psychology from the University of Houston – Downtown, and her MS in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new recipes, reading mystery novels and cheering on her native Houston Texans football team.
