Paul Hancock

Paul Hancock is an experienced professional in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector, currently serving as Operations Director and Framework Manager at Allied Infrastructure since September 2017. In this role, Paul manages the MAG Small/Medium Civils Framework at Manchester, East Midlands, and Stansted Airports. Prior to this, Paul was a Team Leader/Project Manager at MSM (Manchester Smart Motorways) / Costain from November 2014 to August 2017, and spent 16 years at Costain, progressing from Site Engineer to Project Manager while gaining diverse experience in highways, waste, water, and airports. Paul began their career as an Engineering Surveyor at Shanks Waste Management from 1998 to 2001. Paul holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and completed GCSE and A Levels at The Kingsway School.
