Melissa Berninger, MBA has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Melissa was the CFO/COO/Executive Vice President at Allied International AWI from April 2008 to present, where they led a team of 35 members and worked collaboratively with the executive team on strategic planning and decision-making. Melissa'sresponsibilities included managing financial reporting, budget development, treasury management, and coordination of external audits. Melissa also played a key role in right-sizing the company following the economic recession. Prior to this, Melissa was the Controller at Allied International from January 2000 to April 2008, where they supervised a team of 10 members and oversaw the production of financial statements. Melissa developed and implemented internal controls and accounting policies and processes. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as the Accounting Manager at Allied International, where they managed a team of six members and successfully reduced days sales outstanding (DSO) for receivables by 20%. Additionally, they served on the implementation team for an upgrade to the Oracle ERP system. Earlier in their career, they held positions as Accounts Payable Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Analyst at Allied International.

Melissa Berninger obtained an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Finance at Arizona State University from 1988 to 1991.
