Elaine MaClean

Elaine is a highly experienced human resources director specialising in financial services and retail. Following her early retail career with roles at Harrods, Windsmoor and later as Retail Operations Director and Human Resources Director with Arcadia, Elaine moved to financial services culminating in her appointment as Group Human Resources Director for Legal and General plc in 2006. Elaine holds an MA in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
