Elmoghira Elrayah's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked for Toys"R"Us as a Helpdesk/Desktop Support. From 2013 to 2016, Elmoghira Elrayah worked as a Tech Coordinator at Visionworks of America. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, DC from 2016 to 2018. Elmoghira Elrayah then joined Fannie Mae in 2018 as part of the Identity Access Management team.
