Jim Keaton has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Administration Manager at Allied National, Inc. since August 2002. In this role, Jim is responsible for managing all Human Resource functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, staffing, corporate training, and employee relations, while also overseeing the maintenance and operation of a large office space. Prior to this position, Jim held the title of Vice President of HR at Gear for Sports from August 1990 to September 2001. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Education in English from Emporia State University and an MBA in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
