Vicki Slaughter's work experience includes roles in business development, inclusive recruiting, account executive, membership chair, insurance agent, independent sales representative, and sales representative. Vicki has worked at Flexible Staffing as the Director of Business Development since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Allied OneSource as the Director of Business Development & Inclusive Recruiting and later as a Senior Account Executive for Allied InclusionWorks. Vicki was also the Membership Chair at ACCP - Association of Customer Contact Professionals from 2013 to 2019. Before that, Vicki worked as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance, Independent Sales Representative at AtHome America, Account Executive at ExecuTrain, and Sales Representative at Benchmark Computer Systems.
Vicki Slaughter obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2010. In 2010, they also obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from Farmers Insurance.
