Kimberly Gonzalez has over a decade of diverse experience in community management and fraud prevention. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Allied Orion Group since July 2014, Kimberly has honed skills in customer relations and property management. Prior roles include part-time bookkeeping and case management at Fertile Ground Ministries, where responsibilities focused on supporting the reintegration of released convicts. Kimberly's background also encompasses roles at ARC Document Solutions as a Billing Specialist, where invoicing and delivery coordination were key tasks, and a significant tenure at Continental Airlines, progressing from Collection Specialist to Fraud Prevention Supervisor, overseeing fraud risk strategies, performance reporting, and credit analysis. Kimberly holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Houston Community College and a credential from Champions School of Real Estate.
