Kristen Ellison is an accomplished regional property manager with extensive experience in property management and business operations. Currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at Lone Star Capital since March 2024, Kristen previously held the position of District Manager at Allied Orion Group, where substantial improvements in property performance and financial reporting were achieved. Kristen's career includes roles as Special Project Coordinator and Remote Regional Manager at Friedman Real Estate, where project completion timelines and contract negotiation processes were significantly enhanced. Prior positions at Procept Marketing, Western Wealth Communities, Rockstar Capital, Greystar, Embrey Partners, and Arruth Associates have contributed to success in resident satisfaction, retention strategies, and operational efficiencies. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from McNeese State University.
