Prior to this role, Besar held the position of Resident Manager at Brown Harris Stevens, overseeing the historic Cumberland House, and at Douglas Elliman Property Management, where impeccable white-glove service was maintained in the same landmark building. Earlier experience includes the position of Superintendent at the Austrian Cultural Forum New York, showcasing Austrian culture through various artistic endeavors.
