Ed Donnelly

Ed Donnelly is an accomplished Senior Vice President with extensive experience in project management and real estate services. Currently, at Allied Partners since October 2019, Ed manages the Project Management and Owners Representative division, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes new developments and major renovations. Concurrently, Ed serves as Senior Vice President of Project Management at RoseTerra Management, leading project management and compliance teams. Additionally, Ed has been an educator at NYU since 2008, teaching courses on building systems and maintenance. Previous roles include Director of Commercial and Technical Services at Rose Associates and Director of Property Management at Blumenfeld Development Group, where Ed managed operations for over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate. Ed's career also includes positions at Insignia Residential Group and Rockrose Development Corp.
