Prior to this role, Tili has gained experience working as a Stationery Building Engineer at Able Services from February 2018 to April 2022 and at the University Club of New York from May 2011 to February 2018. Before that, Tili worked at the Interchurch Center from August 2003 to May 2012 as a maintenance personnel under ABM Industries.
