Andrea Duff

Andrea Duff has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea began their career at Datamax Office Systems in 1993 as an Office Administrator. Andrea then moved on to Q-Zar Laser Tag in 1994, where they held various roles including Design & Development/Purchaser/Customer Liaison/Assistant Project Manager. In 1996, they joined Longhorn Solutions (also known as Kitty Hawk) as an Office Manager, responsible for the efficient operations of the day-to-day business.

In 1998, Andrea joined the Allied Pilots Association (APA) and held multiple roles within the organization. Andrea first served as a Web/Communication Coordinator, managing internal and external communication and media coordination during significant events such as the 1999 sick out, the Little Rock 1420 accident, and the 9/11 terrorist attack. Andrea then advanced to the role of Web/System Administrator, where they improved help desk customer satisfaction by implementing incident tickets and conducting personnel training. Andrea also increased membership by 10% through the implementation of broadcast e-mail and innovative marketing strategies. In 2008, Andrea was promoted to Director of Information Technology, overseeing strategic planning, budget control, and IT management for the association. Andrea successfully transformed an inefficient department into a highly productive team and established best practices for IT functions.

Andrea's most recent role at the APA is Executive Director, which they assumed in 2018. In this position, they are responsible for the general management of the APA staff, ensuring the day-to-day operation of the organization in coordination with the Senior Director of Legal Affairs. Andrea also recommends, implements, and monitors human resource policies.
