Michelle Hershon Clark

Michelle Hershon Clark has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Allied Pilots Association since February 2018. Previously, Michelle held various roles at American Airlines since October 2004, including Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included assisting pilots with pay-related issues and daily operations. Additionally, Michelle managed crew payroll compensation for LGA/JFK base pilots and flight attendants, ensuring accurate handling of pay-related matters. As a Senior Cockpit Scheduler, responsibilities included adhering to FAA regulations and company contractual guidelines for flight schedules across multiple aircraft fleets. Michelle also served as a Senior On Duty Customer Service Supervisor, successfully addressing issues related to mileage and travel awards. Michelle attended Texas State University from 1983 to 1984.
