Darrin Welch

Darrin Welch currently serves as the Branch Manager and Fabrication Manager at Allied Plastic Supply since August 2021. Previously, Darrin held various positions at Laird Plastics from June 2006 to May 2021, including Operations Manager, where oversight of products and services contributed to growth from $6M to $10M in annual revenue, and General Manager, responsible for establishing a new facility and leading a skilled team focused on revenue growth. Darrin co-owned Welch Plastics from July 2001 to June 2006, achieving brand recognition shortly after launch. Earlier experience includes serving as Fabrication Lead at Regal Plastic Supply Company Inc., generating significant additional gross revenue. Darrin earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations from LSU Shreveport and is pursuing further education at Collin College.
