Prior to this role, Halley was the Senior Vice President of Graphics Technology at Windsor Marketing Group, managing key departments related to creative design and digital printing from August 2003 to August 2019. Halley's earlier career includes management positions at Quebecor World Eusey Press and Quebecor World South Windsor, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of prepress and digital printing operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Arts Technology from Springfield Technical Community College.
