Deena M.

Deena M. is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Portfolio Operations at Allied Properties REIT since February 2020, with prior roles in the organization including Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Property Manager. Responsibilities include the administration of annual operating capital budgets, supplier and vendor management, and tenant inspections. Previously, Deena worked as a Property Administrator at The Torgan Group from February 2014 to February 2020, overseeing operations for over 10 parking lots and 40 properties. Prior to that, Deena managed 500 condominium townhouse units at Shiu Pong Management Limited and held the position of Research Coordinator at the University of Toronto.
