Nanthini Mahalingam

Nanthini is their Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, leading the national accounting team. She is a strong leader with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiencies. Her expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, talent selection and development, acquisition integration, and project management. Nanthini has held progressive positions in the real estate industry including Skyline Commercial and Retail REIT, Oxford Properties Group, Smart Centres, Calloway REIT, and Conundrum Capital. Nanthini holds her CPA, CMA designation and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.
