Rajeswari Rajin Pillai

Rajeswari Rajin Pillai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Building Manager at JLFM Sdn Bhd since December 2021, Rajeswari is responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of building operations, ensuring all facilities are well maintained and secure. As Operations Manager at Allied Property Management since July 2018, responsibilities include similar oversight of building management. Additionally, Rajeswari has served as MEP Manager at Replan Pte Ltd Singapore since March 2016, focusing on the development of master budgets and maintaining cost databases. Rajeswari holds a Bachelor's degree in Executive Business Management from University Malaysia Pahang and is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt.
