John Poulsen

John Poulsen has a diverse background in finance and accounting within the real estate industry. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President at Allied Residential since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at both Amplitude Equity and the RENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY. John also held various roles at Bellwether Housing, including Senior Asset Manager, Real Estate and Financial Analyst, and Financial Asset Manager. Earlier in their career, they were the Controller and CFO at Indigo Real Estate Services, Inc., and the Accounting Manager at Housing Resources Group. John began their career as a Financial Manager and Information Systems Manager at Quality Management, Inc. John's work experience spans over three decades and encompasses financial management, accounting, asset management, real estate acquisition, and budgeting.

John Poulsen's educational history includes attending Bellevue Community College, the University of Washington, and the University of Phoenix. John obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information Systems. Prior to attending college, John Poulsen also attended Sammamish High School. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Housing Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council in June 2015.
