Ben Fermor is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Allied Restoration and Construction since December 2023, Ben previously held the position of Renovation Manager at Avenue One, focusing on home remodeling and renovations. Ben's career includes owning and directing ProCare Residential from 2017 to 2022, successfully managing various construction projects while establishing strong industry relationships. Additional roles include Project Manager at American Platinum Builders Inc. and Owner of BPF Floor Tech. Ben's early career featured a role as Senior Superintendent at Nash Partnership Estate Agents. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from West Herts College, earned between 2005 and 2009.
