John Sokolowsky possesses extensive experience in project support and real estate, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, John serves as a Project Support professional at Allied Services since July 2012, assisting the VP of Facilities in managing construction projects from inception to completion. In addition, John has been a licensed real estate agent at C21 Jack Ruddy Real Estate since October 2013, specializing in residential properties. Prior roles include Construction Administrator at Gilbert Architects, overseeing school construction projects, and Senior Property Administrator at PNC Bank, where responsibilities included managing facilities for approximately 75 branch locations. Additionally, John held various project management positions at The Palumbo Group from 1994 to 1998. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Johnson College and a certificate in Project Management from Penn State University.
