Danielle Salyers

Danielle Salyers, MBA, CPSM has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Danielle is currently employed at Allied Solutions LLC, where they hold the position of 2nd Vice President, Strategic Sourcing since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Strategic Sourcing from March 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Allied Solutions LLC, Danielle worked at Ascension in 2020, initially as a Project Manager from January 2020 to January 2021, and then as a Senior Project Manager from January 2021 to March 2021.

Danielle also has experience at KAR Global, where they held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager, Enterprise Optimization from 2011 to 2019. In this role, they led a team in optimizing value and mitigating risk for a $1.6B spend portfolio.

Danielle has also previously worked at ADESA, where they held various roles from 2001 to 2011. Danielle worked as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, managing a $300MM indirect commodity spend and as a Staff Accountant and Team Lead, Financial Operations. Danielle also served as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Office Manager.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, project management, and financial operations. Danielle holds an MBA degree and is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).

Danielle Salyers, MBA, CPSM holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Danielle has obtained several certifications including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management in 2023, Bloombase Advanced Women Leaders Alumni in 2021, Smartsheet Product Certified User in 2020, HIGH5 Strengths Test in 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2020.
