Justin Colwell

Justin Colwell has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2020. Justin started their career as a Physical Therapy Aide at Spine and Sport Physical Therapy, where they eventually became a Lead Physical Therapy Aide, managing the assisting staff and training new employees. In 2010, they joined Memorial Health as a Physical Therapy Aide until 2012.

In 2012, Justin started working at Emory University School of Medicine as a Laboratory Assistant, where they processed, logged, and shipped biological specimens in compliance with GLP standards. Justin later became a Research Specialist and then a Research Specialist Lead, responsible for coordinating and conducting research activities.

In 2017, Justin joined Barnesville Rehab Solutions as a Business Consultant, overseeing the technical and business aspects of opening a new physical therapy practice. Justin reviewed contracts and business plans and provided counsel to the clinical director.

In 2019, Justin joined Akinnovate, LLC as a Project Coordinator, where they worked until 2020. Finally, they joined Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC as a Junior Project Manager in 2020, where they are currently employed.

Justin Colwell completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Justin pursued this degree from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from Armstrong State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Along with their formal education, they also earned a certification as a SAFe Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020.
