Karl Halfmann

Karl Halfmann has diverse work experience in the field of IT and telecommunications. Karl started their career in 2019 as a Junior Penetration Tester/Intern at SecureIT, where they collaborated with the Director of Penetration Testing on various projects. During their internship, they utilized Terraform and AWS to implement a solution that maintained domain reputation and rating. Additionally, they consolidated multiple password lists into one master list.

In 2019, Karl joined Neustar, Inc. as a NOC Analyst, where they focused on network operations and monitoring. Karl continued to excel in this role until 2020.

Currently, Karl serves as a NOC Team Lead at Allied Telecom Group, a position they assumed in June 2022. As the team lead, they take charge of overseeing the network operations center and leveraging their expertise to ensure smooth operations.

Karl Halfmann completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Information Technology Security from George Mason University in 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in January 2020.
