Tomoyasu Umeno has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. After that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Community Services Inc. and as a Contracted Researcher at Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
In 1999, Umeno joined Y.O. Systems Inc. as a Senior Manager in the DTS Division, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and technical support for distributed temperature sensing equipment. Tomoyasu then moved to PhotoniXnet Corporation as the Director of Hardware Engineering, where they managed a team of engineers and oversaw design, manufacturing, and test engineering.
From 2003 to 2022, Umeno worked at Allied Telesis K.K. in various positions. Tomoyasu served as a Senior Manager in Hardware Engineering and Business Development, where they supervised cross-functional team projects, implemented a new product line, and managed budgets. Tomoyasu later became the Senior Manager of Environmental and Materials Compliance, ensuring compliance with regulations and developing implementation procedures. Umeno also held roles as an Assistant Manager in Business Partner Sales and Marketing Analysis, and as the Chief Architect of Corporate Sustainability and Social Responsibility.
