Jason Zigman

Jason Zigman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jason has held various roles at Allied Universal, including Vice President of Recruiting for the East Division, Regional Recruiting Director for the Southeast, and Regional Recruiting Manager. During their time at Allied Universal, they developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies, trained and mentored recruiting teams, and tracked productivity and compliance metrics. Jason also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at NextEra Energy, where they managed recruitment initiatives for the company. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at Kunin Associates, where they managed client relationships and conducted candidate recruitment and operations management. Jason Zigman earned a High School Diploma in General Studies from Highland Park High School in 1994. Jason later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at Florida Atlantic University, completing their education in 1998.
