Michelle Arndt

Michelle Arndt has over 17 years of experience in sales operations and Salesforce administration, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager and Salesforce Administrator at Allied Universal since February 2006. Responsibilities include creating and managing Salesforce user roles, custom fields, and dashboards, as well as onboarding new users and ensuring data integrity through audits. Michelle has also assisted in the migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning and has experience with various data tools. Prior to Allied Universal, Michelle held roles as Team Lead for Lead Development at Allied Universal and Lead Sales Support Representative at Janus, in addition to working as a Payroll/Accounting Representative. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002.
