Oscar Dominguez

Oscar Dominguez has a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisitions. Oscar started their career in 2001 as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they gained experience in loading and unloading munitions and conducting maintenance on aircraft weapons systems. From there, they moved into various leadership roles, including Weapons Standardization Lead Crew and Aircraft Armament Specialist Team Chief, where they were responsible for training and overseeing personnel in munitions loading operations. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Air Force Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisitions Operation, managing support, quotas, and operations for over 100 members. Oscar also served as Air Force Recruiting Training and Marketing Manager, where they trained and mentored 66 recruiters and ensured understanding of recruiting sales strategies. Their most recent role was Director of Recruiting for the Florida Region at Allied Universal, starting in 2022.

Oscar Dominguez obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Community College of the Air Force between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, they also earned an Associate's degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the same institution from 2002 to 2004.
