Rachel Guzman

Rachel Guzman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Allied Universal since March 2013. In this role, Rachel leads a team of Regionally Based Recruiters, focusing on enhancing the hiring process with custom technology solutions to establish Allied Universal as an employer of choice. Previously, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from September 2007 to March 2012 and completed an internship at Walt Disney World in early 2005. Rachel is currently pursuing coursework at Onondaga Community College.
