Winnye Wilks

Winnye Wilks has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and talent development. Winnye is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Allied Universal since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at G4S starting from June 2019. From July 2015 to May 2019, they worked as the Human Resources Division Director at Extended Stay America. From September 2009 to July 2015, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition/ Region HR Director at Barnes & Noble, where they provided HR leadership and consultation to district managers and stores. Before that, they worked as the Region Human Resource Director at Sears from April 2003 to April 2008.
