Niklas Günther

Niklas G. is currently serving as an IO Finance Graduate at Novo Nordisk, focusing on Business Finance & Analytics for the North West Europe region since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Services Trainee at the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the EU, where efforts were directed toward enhancing the competitiveness of the EU financial sector. Niklas also held research positions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the University of Mannheim’s Business School, contributing to projects in accounting and capital markets. Previous internships encompass leveraged finance at SEB, distressed M&A at Rasenberger Toschek AG, and market entry & business development at the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Management with a focus on Finance & Accounting from the University of Mannheim and a B.Sc. in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, supplemented by international study experiences at the University of Sydney and Arizona State University.
