Deb Urbano

Deb Urbano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Learning and Development at Allied World since April 2007. Urban's previous roles at Executive Risk, Chubb Executive Risk, and Forsurance from April 1991 to June 2001 encompassed strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, new product development, recruiting, and underwriting. Urbano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
