Jennifer Hackett

Jennifer Hackett is an experienced professional in the field of risk management and customer service, currently serving as Assistant Vice President in the Risk Management Group at Allied World since October 2018, after progressing from Senior Resource Coordinator in the same group. Prior to Allied World, Jennifer held the position of Sales Front Line Manager at BOLT Insurance Agency and served as Executive Assistant to the President at Roncalli Institute, Inc. From June 1999 to December 2014, Jennifer worked at The Hartford, where responsibilities included managing a remote team of licensed Customer Service Specialists and providing technical training as an intern. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Central Connecticut State University, completed in 1998.
