Michael Germano

Michael Germano currently serves as Vice President of the North American Claims Group at Allied World, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the title of Assistant Vice President at Allied World, beginning in the same group. Before joining Allied World, Michael worked at Beazley as Claims Manager for Design & Construction from September 2014 to January 2023. Earlier in the career, Michael was an Associate at Lee & McShane, P.C. from August 2009 to September 2014 and at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. from January 2008 to August 2009. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Communications, and American Studies from Fairfield University (2000-2004).
