Nick Wood

Nick Wood is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Vice President and Lead Underwriter for the Australia Property Division at Allied World since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held several key positions at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) from February 2019 to December 2023, including Regional Head of Property for Asia Pacific and Head of Property for the Pacific. Nick has also served as Head of Property & Special Risks for Greater China & Australasia at AIG from February 2016 to December 2018 and held various roles at Chartis and AIG Australia, focusing on property management in Australasia. Nick began a career in the field with ACE Group as Property Manager for Australia from December 1998 to March 2005 after completing education at Heathcote High School from 1986 to 1991.
