Paul Irwin

Paul Irwin is an experienced external consultant and adviser at Allied World, specializing in the transformation of underwriting processes and management platforms since May 2022. As the founder and CEO of Reversed Polarity since July 2015, Paul offers consulting and technology services. Paul has served as an executive director and company secretary at Anise and Coriander Ltd and Anise and Coriander Management Ltd since January 2002, overseeing real estate and property management operations. Previous roles include leadership positions at MS Amlin, Brit Insurance, and RSA, where Paul managed significant programmes and contributed to key industry transformations. Paul holds an M.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, earned between 1990 and 1993.
