Roman Beerli

Roman Beerli began their work experience in 2001 as a Commissioning Engineer at Alstom Power, where they worked on combined cycle power plants until 2007. Roman then joined Infrassure Ltd in 2007 and held various roles, including Underwriter and Claims Manager for Power Generation and Regional Head Americas for Power Generation. From 2011 to 2013, Beerli served as the Underwriting and Claims Director at Infrassure Ltd. In 2013, they became the Portfolio Manager for Construction before eventually becoming the Vice President for Onshore Construction in 2014. Roman also worked at Allied World, where they were the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Construction & Engineering starting in 2017.

Roman Beerli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fachochschule Nordwestschweiz from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended ABB Lernzentren from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Electromechanic. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in topics such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and office politics, with the most recent certification obtained in 2020.
