Tiffany Neo

Tiffany Neo serves as a Senior User Experience Engineer at Allied World, where Tiffany became the first UX engineer in the APAC region and significantly contributed to developing web portals for partners and customers, including launching the Allied World Agency Portal and multiple products across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. Additionally, Tiffany acts as a Nourishment Lead for the ADPList Singapore Chapter, promoting human connection and mentorship. Previous experience includes training roles at Hatch, operational management with the Singapore Civil Defence Force, and various positions in customer service and education. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health from The University of Western Australia and completed a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly.
