Monika Parobczak

Monika Parobczak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and desktop engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd since October 2019, Monika has also held the position of Desktop Support Engineer with Colt Technology Services. Since March 2016, Monika has contributed to various organizations including Allied Worldwide, Manchester City Football Club, KONE Corporation, and Kimberly-Clark, providing support for multiple operating systems and devices. Additionally, Monika has been a Senior IT Analyst at HCL Technologies since July 2012, focusing on service desk data analysis and management of the ServiceNow ticketing tool. Monika holds a Master of Arts in Painting from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie, obtained in 2011.
