Ramya Jha

Ramya Jha has extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Ramya began their career in 2008 as an Admin at HP, Global e-Business Operations Pvt. Ltd., where they handled order processing, order fulfillment, and coordination with the factory for order status. In 2010, they joined Lancesoft as a US IT Recruiter, implementing effective recruiting strategies and interviewing/screening candidates. In 2011, they worked at Advent Global Solutions as a Sr. US IT Recruiter, providing training to junior recruiters, handling clients, and implementing sourcing strategies. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Human Resource Professional at Allied Worldwide Limited. Since 2015, they have been a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in HR operations and recruitment. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment and Resourcing at Allied Worldwide.

Ramya Jha completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kannur University, Kannur. Ramya attended this university from 2003 to 2006.
