The Governance Team at Allies is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational integrity of the Crossroads Program. Comprised of dedicated trustees, this team ensures compliance with regulations, promotes best practices in rehabilitation services, and guides overall policy decisions to enhance the quality of care for teens struggling with substance use issues.
