Pam Deller

Pam is a 1985 graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. She started her engineering career in the field of medical device manufacturing, where she managed a sterilization department along with the annual FDA validation program.

Pam has worked extensively in the chemical production industry; initially as a project engineer and then as a production supervisor. She has managed numerous capital projects with an emphasis on process control instrumentation; and she also designed, purchased, and led the installation of a local area computer network. As a production supervisor, Pam was responsible for employee management and safety, budget preparation and compliance, improving production yields, and meeting production goals for both batch and continuous processes.
